Summer/Addiction Swimwear wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to help you get your order correct. 

DELIVERY

 Summer/Addiction is proud to ship worldwide!

Please allow 1-7 business days for shipping within Australia and 7-14 business days for International orders. Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which Summer/Addiction has no control over and is not responsible for. All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please note, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.

* If your package hasn't arrived please check your mail box for a slip to pick your item up from the nearest Post Office. 

EXCHANGES

 Summer/Addiction Swimwear offers store credits and exchanges only for purchases made on our website. You are entitled to an exchange or store credit within seven days of your original purchase. Please note, Summer/Addiction offers limited edition products and cannot guarantee certain sizes or colours will be available when exchanging. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Please email info@summeraddiction.com to authorise the return. We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received.

 All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item, please make sure you enclose your original invoice along with a description of the fault. Please note, Summer/Addiction is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping.
